Okay so all the festivities of December and January are behind us now, and its at this time when everyone goes into “eat more healthy” mode. So we are going to give you some great smoothie ideas to start off your year with and they include our Agave syrup.
Rhubee’s Agave syrup is organic and GMO Free. Its harvested from the organically grown Blue Agave plant.

Its sweeter than sucrose but with less calories, it’s a low GI sugar substitute that can also be used in all types  of cooking and baking.

Here are some tasty smoothies which you can try out.

Banana- Almond Blitz

Frozen banana (peel before freezing) (for loads of potassium)
1 tbsp of almond butter (fat and protein to keep you satisfied for a longer period)
1 cup almond milk powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tbsp of Agave Syrup
Blitz together and enjoy!


Mix any combination of berries
½ a frozen banana
¼  cup of frozen mango
¼  cup of beet juice
¼  cup of carrot juice
juice of one lemon,
½ cup parsley
½ cup spinach
2 tbsp Agave Syrup

So get those blenders whizzing and start feeling healthier for 2017!
